HT19F high stability piezoresistive OEM pressure sensor is a kind of high stability silicon piezoresistive pressure measuring element with isolation and precision compensation. The silicon piezoresistive sensitive element is made of high stability diffusion silicon and is packaged in TC4 Titanium Alloy stainless steel with an outer diameter of Ф19mm. Through the precision adjustment of the thick film circuit of the pressure sensitive element for a wide temperature range of temperature compensation and zero deviation correction. The measured pressure is transmitted to the silicon piezoresistive sensitive element through the isolation diaphragm and internal medium, realizing the precise conversion of pressure to electrical signal.
